We currently offer shipping across Pakistan only.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days nationwide.

Shipping Charges:

Free Delivery on orders above PKR 999
A flat shipping fee of PKR 199 applies to orders below PKR 999

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Customers are required to pay in cash at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation:
Our team will contact you via phone call to confirm your order.
Please ensure your contact number is correct and active.

Unconfirmed Orders:
If a customer does not respond to 3–4 confirmation attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery Partner:
We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels:
In case of a damaged or lost parcel, we offer:

Replacement, or
Full Refund
